The problem with having it as an individual mode, is that the player base is already split into 3 main communities, adding another game mode would just spread the player base out even more. then type in the number you want to add to it, and then do something to lock the number in quickly. Meh it would be more fun as a separate mode. in gta you had to pin down your lvl number by typing it in, slowly increasing it, then searching for a change until its only one left. The lowest is tier 1, here are WW2-era planes and all the way up is tier 7, fast and agile modern jets and all that jazz.
